Returns Policy
Introduction
In the event you experience any problems along the way our team will work with you in accordance with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please obtain photos and contact us as soon as possible using [email protected].
Once we have diagnosed the extent of the damages we will replace the goods in whole or in part for you.
Goods are Faulty or Inoperable
If your goods cannot be installed to the point of being operable – please contact us as soon as possible using [email protected].
Our team will attempt to diagnose the installation process and equipment remotely before deciding upon the best course of action for you.
Once we understand the extent of the issues present we will replace the goods in whole or in part for you.
Goods Refund – Unresolvable Issues
If your goods were damaged, faulty or inoperable and we have not been able to resolve your issues – then we may offer a partial or full refund to you.
The refund available will depend on the origin of the issues communicated to us, and any damages incurred by the goods and/or parts provided.
In these circumstances, we will work with you to arrange for return of goods and any refund(s) due to you.
Goods Refund - Other
If for some reason you have changed your mind and wish to return an item to Alpha H2, – please contact us as soon as possible using [email protected].
Please note:
- You will be required to pay for all associated shipping costs to return the goods to us
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days of your original delivery date
Upon receipt of your shipped goods, our team will inspect the goods for completeness, damage and to make sure that they are still in a saleable condition.
Assuming everything is in order then a full refund will be provided, in the event there are any discrepancies we will communicate them to you and the impact that this may have on your full refund amount.
