  • Note: the installation OR removal of this technology does not affect the engine of your vehicle

  • We have product liability insurance to safeguard against such concerns
  • Use only pure or distilled water to fill or refill the system
  • Do not use tap, mineral or contaminated water, as it will reduce the performance of the PEM Electrolysis unit and it may need replacing.
  • Your unit will consume approx. 1L water for approx. 1,500 to 2000 km depending on load, speed and driving behaviour
  • PEM Electrolysis unit has a serviceable life of 12,000 hours (5-6 years for a working vehicle, considerably longer for a personal vehicle)
  • Replacement Parts are available on request, additional fees apply unless within warranty.

  • If or When this happens, your vehicle will revert to operating without hydrogen – that is normally but without the fuel and emissions savings that the technology delivers.
  • Examples of when this may happen include:
    • temperatures outside of 3 to 70 oC – our technology will turn off
    • when the system runs out of water – our technology will turn off
    • if the system becomes faulty – our technology will turn off
    • if the system is disabled (power switch) – our technology will be off
